Adventure Works Cycles is a global bicycle company that runs an employee discount program on its product lines. Employees can purchase products at a 20% employee discount rate. Adventure Works Cycles wants a solution to put a "shopfront" on the purchase program and has selected the Power Platform as the technology. The business has provided a number of requirements, detailed below:
Employee
Can view a list of Adventure Works’ products by category and price
Employee
Display the discounted price within the app. Show the item, list price, and discounted price (that includes the 20% discount)
Employee
Can add /remove/update products to a shopping basket
Employee
Search for a product based on product code or name
Employee
Can check out to create an order
Employee
Receives details of their order once submitted
Line manager
Receives an email when direct report creates an order
Line manager
Must approve direct reports orders (can use email or app to approve)
Line manager
Can view a dashboard showing direct reports purchases
Administrator
Can import stock details through Excel
